JOIN
com VALUES

ON p.id = a.id
ORDER BY ids.ordering;
JOIN
com VALUES
:SELECT p.ID, p.Name
FROM Properties p JOIN
(VALUES (110, 1), (105, 2), (104, 3), (106, 4)) ids(id, ordering)
ON p.id = a.id
ORDER BY ids.ordering;
