MySQL Mostra o status da tabela, o incremento automático não está correto


É um recurso .. não um bug.

As estatísticas da tabela são armazenadas em cache. Para desabilitar o cache e ter sempre a versão mais recente, você deve alterar a variável do servidor que indica a duração do cache-clear para 0:
SET PERSIST information_schema_stats_expiry = 0

O valor padrão desta propriedade mudou para 86400 (24 horas) no Mysql 8.x

Exemplo:
SET PERSIST information_schema_stats_expiry = 86400
-- 86400 is the default value of mysql 8.x  if you have never changed this you don't need to set this


show variables like 'information_schema_stats_expiry';
