OK, uma abordagem um pouco diferente. Eu construo uma tabela de Logon / Log Off - que poderia estar em um cte, mas não sou um especialista em oracle, então não tenho certeza se é suportado, então foi para SQL mais simples e uma tabela temporária. Todos construímos uma tabela de inteiros estáticos (também conhecida como tabela de contagem) para 0-30 para lidar com um intervalo de datas de teste na minha consulta com base na sua resposta acima - se você já tiver um, basta usar esse intervalo e salvar alguns esforço. A execução da consulta retorna uma tabela como esta (usando seus dados de exemplo também abaixo)
