Erros aleatórios ORA-12570 do ODP.NET Oracle.ManagedDataAcess


Na minha experiência com um erro semelhante 12570 (leitor vs gravador), há apenas uma razão para esse erro - algo em sua rede está encerrando conexões tcp ociosas. Normalmente, este é um switch gerenciado/de firewall. Você disse que já descartou o firewall, mas não sei como. É possível que o próprio db esteja encerrando as conexões (script dba), mas lembro que foi um erro diferente.

Ora-12571 pode ser um pouco diferente. Mas ainda assim, desde que você identificou que o problema é o mesmo, pois são conexões de pool estabelecidas há muito tempo, continuarei.

Há algumas coisas que você pode fazer:
  1. Defina o tamanho mínimo do pool =0 na string de conexão. Isso geralmente corrige as coisas para mim. Ele permite que todo o pool seja fechado quando o aplicativo estiver ocioso. No entanto, há uma pequena chance de que, se o tráfego oscilar violentamente, o tamanho do pool de decr precise ser aumentado para fechar mais rapidamente as conexões criadas por uma corrida louca.
  2. Defina Expire_Time em sqlnet.ora. Não é óbvio pelo nome, essa configuração envia um pacote de sondagem, o que faz com que qualquer monitoramento ocioso do tcp seja satisfeito. O único problema aqui é que não tenho certeza de como definir as configurações do sqlnet com o provedor gerenciado. Eu estou supondo que sqlnet.ora pode ir no diretório exe, mas também estou vendo alguma indicação de que ele pode ser definido no .config na forma de (veja um exemplo de wallet_override semelhante aqui) Porque você está recebendo apenas isso no provedor gerenciado, gostaria de saber se seu cliente não gerenciado sqlnet.ora já possui essa configuração.

Eu vi isso muitas vezes ao longo dos anos e a primeira vez que aconteceu eu criei um utilitário que basicamente faz uma pesquisa binária para determinar o tempo limite exato criando conexões de durações variadas. Se ele chegar consistentemente ao mesmo tempo de término, você pode adivinhar que há uma configuração em algum lugar que está causando isso. Se for errático, então você pode ter algum tipo de falha de infraestrutura.

Infelizmente, eu o criei como um aplicativo de formulários c#, então colei o código do formulário e o código do designer abaixo:
