Você está pedindo para renomear a própria coluna ou capitalizar os dados dentro da coluna? Se seus dados você tiver que alterar, use isto:
UPDATE [yourtable]
SET word=UPPER(LEFT(word,1))+LOWER(SUBSTRING(word,2,LEN(word)))
Se você quiser apenas alterá-lo apenas para exibição e não precisar dos dados reais na tabela para alterar:
SELECT UPPER(LEFT(word,1))+LOWER(SUBSTRING(word,2,LEN(word))) FROM [yourtable]
