Se o seu problema é que os dados que você deseja sair como http://www.spinner.bl.ee/images/ATE.png será lançado como http:\/\/spinner.bl.ee\/images\/ATE.png , isso não deve ser um problema para org.json.JSONObject quando carrega a string da sua url para um JSONObject; você testou esse código?
