OK, eu encontrei uma maneira de usar migrações de doutrina de fato.

Primeiro, verifiquei se minhas alterações foram definidas corretamente usando uma doutrina:esquema:atualização --force, verificando o criador de perfil e revertendo para o último banco de dados.

cria uma nova classe de migração
