Ordenar comentários por caminho de discussão e por número de votos totais

Basta acumular outro array próximo ao caminho, que conterá não apenas o id de cada comentário em seu caminho, mas o total_votes (como um número negativo) antes de cada id. Depois disso, você pode ordenar por essa coluna.
