PostgreSQL - implementando uma fila confiável


Considerando vários leitores, é necessário ter controle sobre quais registros cada leitor já recebeu.

Além disso, foi dito que o pedido é uma condição para enviar registros a um leitor também. Então, se alguma outra transação foi confirmada antes de uma anterior, temos que "parar" e apenas enviar os registros novamente quando ela foi confirmada, para manter a ordem dos registros enviados ao leitor.
