Isso provavelmente ocorre porque você nomeou pelo menos uma restrição com o mesmo identificador de uma coluna:

Deve usar um identificador diferente para a restrição como
fk_restaurant como em :CONSTRAINT `fk_restaurant`

REFERENCES `mydb`.`restaurants` (`id` )
ON DELETE NO ACTION
ON UPDATE NO ACTION)
E a mesma coisa no
food tabela: /* Name it fk_food */
CONSTRAINT `fk_food`
FOREIGN KEY (`food` )
REFERENCES `mydb`.`food` (`id` )
ON DELETE NO ACTION
ON UPDATE NO ACTION,
/* Name it fk_restaurant */
CONSTRAINT `fk_restaurant`
FOREIGN KEY (`restaurant` )
REFERENCES `mydb`.`restaurants` (`id` )
ON DELETE NO ACTION
ON UPDATE NO ACTION)
Esses são os únicos três que vejo, mas pode haver outros que eu perdi.
