Você pode pesquisar o JMX de tempo de execução, que é o mesmo para todos os aplicativos. Não há necessidade de inserir endereço, usuário ou senha.
1) Procure o MBeanServer
InitialContext ctx = new InitialContext();
MBeanServer mBeanServer = (MBeanServer) ctx.lookup("java:comp/env/jmx/runtime");
2) Em seguida, você precisa recuperar o nome do servidor que executa o aplicativo. Aqui há duas maneiras (talvez mais).
O mais simples
String serverName = System.getProperty("weblogic.Name");
Mas não sei se é uma forma confiável.
A outra maneira de obter o nome do servidor é procurá-lo nos atributos do serviço de tempo de execução.
ObjectName serviceObjectName = new ObjectName("com.bea:Name=RuntimeService,Type=weblogic.management.mbeanservers.runtime.RuntimeServiceMBean");
String serverName = (String) mBeanServer.getAttribute(serviceObjectName, "ServerName");
3) Agora podemos criar o servidor de runtime ObjectName...
ObjectName serverRuntime = new ObjectName("com.bea:Name="+serverName+",Type=ServerRuntime");
4) ... e obter os atributos que precisamos
String listenAddress = mBeanServer.getAttribute(serverRuntime, "ListenAddress");
Integer listenPort = mBeanServer.getAttribute(serverRuntime, "ListenPort");
rem:listenAddress está formatado como
hostname /IP , você tem que manipulá-lo para obter apenas IP ou host A partir daí você pode acessar muitas informações; como o endereço do servidor admin que gerencia o servidor de tempo de execução, o cluster de tempo de execução, ... .
