Subconsulta correlacionada funcionando de maneira diferente para Oracle 12c e 11g


Consegui resolver isso com uma solução fornecida por um especialista em SQL Chris Saxon usando com WITH CTE. Eu a usei anteriormente como a principal tabela de condução, mas acontece que ela deve estar nas consultas de correlação como abaixo:
