Esta é uma das poucas vezes em que um cursor é realmente ideal no SQL Server. Aqui está uma maneira. Depois de ver a instrução PRINT e estiver satisfeito, você pode comentá-la e descomentar as duas linhas abaixo dela. Eu coloquei alguma lógica para adicionar o nome do arquivo e uma data processada que geralmente é necessária, mas sua definição de tabela precisaria dessas colunas. Deve passar a ideia.
