Sim. Você deve certificar-se de chamar myCommand.Parameters.Clear entre cada chamada para despejar os parâmetros, mas não há nada que impeça você de reutilizar o objeto. (Eu não uso C# com frequência, então isso pode ter um erro ou dois no texto)
